Sharanya Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in University City, Philadelphia. We are dedicated to preserving, promoting, and celebrating the rich cultural heritage of Bengal and India while fostering an inclusive community for people of all backgrounds.
Our Mission & Vision
At Sharanya Inc., our purpose is to build an inclusive and vibrant community where the rich heritage of Bengal and India can be celebrated, preserved, and shared with future generations. Founded in the heart of University City, Philadelphia, Sharanya serves as a cultural home for families, students, professionals, researchers, and friends of Indian culture.
We believe traditions flourish when they are celebrated together, passed on to younger generations, and shared openly. Our mission extends beyond cultural events—we foster belonging through educational programs, artistic expression, community service, and volunteerism.
